Here are some suggestions for you to enjoy our food.

Taro Pork Floss Toast

As a taro addict… How can anyone miss this stuffed taro with pork floss toast?

Because a lot of people is asking, we are here to make it happen, again!


Linda's taro paste filling is dense with real taro chunks with salty pork floss; including our Diamond 1’s special Taiwanese mayonnaise, makes the perfect couple. It's sweet, salty and devine.


Here is how you can enjoy it:

Taking it out of the refrigeration & air fryer with 180 degrees for 8 minutes

Makes it crispy outside with loads of mushy taro paste


Due to the complicated procedures, we won't make it often.

Ingredients: taro, sugar, milk, toast, meat floss, Taiwanese mayonnaise

If you are allergic to any of the ingredients, do not consume.

All products are made in licensed kitchen


Taiwan Style Sandwich

Toast bread taste the best in room temperature. 

1. Leave in room temperature for 20 minutes, or

2. Microwave for 15 seconds, or

3. Air fry for 5 minutes @ 180 °C

A little work will make you enjoy our food even more!

Diamond Cold Noodle

When eating, please take it out of the refrigerator and take out the sauce container


Microwave the noodle in the bowel for 30 seconds.


Top it with our special sesame sauce and stir.


This sauce contains sesame, peanuts and minced garlic.


Do not consume when you allergic to the ingredient.

Milk Panna Cotta

Our pure milk panna cotta does not have any added water or milk power. 

Because the business owner cannot find any Taiwan style panna cotta, so we made our own to share with friends.

If you like milky treats and do not want a lot of additives, this is a must try.

Try adding some granola as breakfast, or add any in season fresh fruit as afternoon tea.
